Meet Charlotte II, my latest pet. I ran into her web since she lives on the maple tree on our deck behind our bedroom slider.  One of the pieces of her web runs from the edge of the roof to the tree which is a distance of about 6 feet.  How did she do that??  I was so fascinated watching her repair her web that I took a pic of her. Now I check with her regularly to see if I can get a better photo without the PG&E guide wire in the pic. But I haven't caught her out of her resting spot since then.  I showed her to Don this morning and he's a bit concerned that I'm so excited about Charlotte.

Our visit to the B Bryan Preserve in Point Arena.  The bottom photo is of the vet's assistant who trims the giraffe's hooves, etc. getting a 'kiss' from one of her favorite giraffes.

Brandon helped me set up and take down at the Montgomery Village Festival.  It was great to sell a few pieces and have friends stop by, Judith, Debbie, then Sean and Caitlin came late to help break down. Fun day.

Jay took this pix of Sophia with his eggplant and sitting on his pumpkin,  So cute!!

Such a good visit with Suzanne and Murray and Rex.  Murray did some fine bbqing.  They stopped to say goodbye at the gallery where I "worked" on Sunday.

 Myla turned 4 years old on the 24th.  It was a fun party at the gymnastics place where there  was some structured activities and lots of free play.

Mark added a professional touch to my square which I will use at a festival at Santa Rosa in September.
