We met Suzanne and Murray at the Bones Restaurant in Gualala to give them back their mutt. (Just now Don was going outside and was calling Rex to go with him....I guess Rex isn't the only one who's melancholy.)We, too, can have a bit of whiteness. We had a 'brown out' during the night that Don caught and turned off the power to save our refrigerator.

When was the last time you had snow?
We often have a bit in the winter. Snows awhile and then melts. One year we woke up to 3inches of snow everywhere. It was beautiful! And so quiet because no one could get up the hill on the road.
This time it was hail. But Dan and Vicki had a lot of snow at there place. And chains were required to go over Mt. View.

Up the hill where the deer graze, looking down on the garage. (Probably the deer graze everywhere, but that's where I've seen them.)
