The need for speed

This is Steve doing a wheelie over the weekend. I think his back is still sore from the hard landing that bent front the rims. This dragster is "hooking up".

Spring has sprung and summer is here!

Maggie likes to test the tomatoes & asparagus

double take
Hi Clansters,

Well, here is some more garden pictures! I really enjoy working in the garden, it's a great way to relax, not to mention all of the side bennies. I'm just glad to have it in before it hits 106-108 degrees this weekend.

I planted 7 different types tomatoes, 3 kinds of eggplant, wally wally sweets onions (which i'll be surpised if it makes it through the summer), 3 kinds of pototoes, 2 types of sqash, red & green bell peppers, cucumbers, artichokes, asspergrass (long for asparagus), broccoli, peas, beans, ananise and lots of different herbs. I've been trying to get it ready for the reunion this summer, and i have room for few more plants- does anyone have any requests?? i know the OZ will have fresh veggies and with M&G's and B&D's garden we should have some really tasty din-dins!

I thinking that one day we have a blasted from the past and dress has HIPPIES, maybe make some tie-tye shirts? I'm very excited to see everyone, it's been a long time! I can't wait!

Peace and Love
J

update

Sorry its been awhile, I have been so busy since I joined the sorority. Its been a lot of fun, I have met a lot of great girls and I'm having a great time.

  • Alexis wedding was so much fun. It went a lot better then I thought it would. Her husband is a little 'different' so I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out.
  • School is wrapping up, thank god. I have a lot harder classes this semester so its a lot more work. Finals is in two weeks so I'm getting ready for that.
  • This summer I will be down in Santa Rosa watching Debbie and Mikes boys. I cant wait, its going to be a really good summer job.
  • Next year I am living in a little 3room 2 bath duplex with two other girls. One of them is in my sorority and the other is in a different sorority. We get along really well which will be a nice change. I'm having a tough time with my new room mate. She wasn't what she seemed at first. But that is what college is all about, learning to adapt!!

Also, Thank you Uncle Mark, Aunt Glori and Ryan, I have really enjoyed coming over every week. It has given me something to look forward. Ry you have grown and changed so much this year I cant believe it. I think you have shot up a few inches in the past month!! And your art work is amazing I love seeing your new creations each week. I'm really going to miss seeing you all over the summer. Love you!

Law School Graduation Update

Dick Gephardt will be the commencement speaker. He recently retired to Sonoma County, and so will grace us with his presence. I wonder if we'll have to fend off paparazzi? Also, the Honeys will be bringing Jill and Colin to the party--they'll be visiting from England, so we'll have an international attendance.

Also, you'll be relieved to know that Murray is indeed graduating. He hasn't officially received his grades yet, but he knows someone who knows, and he apparently he's passed both of his classes.

Graduation Hotel Suggestion

So I'm not sure yet about whether or not rooms are available, but the Hillside Inn is probably one of the best deals around. If people are coming in Saturday, pizza party by the pool, woo! I'm still looking for other hotel options.

UPDATE: Mom called and there are several rooms available on the 7th and 8th. She's booked a room there, I think for both nights.
