What is their variety?
Those apples look good, and the rebuilt apple press is beautiful. Do you need to core and peal the apples before putting them in te press?
They are golden delicious apples. We did not core them but cut out bruised and bad spots.

These apples are still on the tree after making applesauce, apple juice, and giving away many bags of apples.
